Earlier this month we had the pleasure of presenting the prizes to the winners of the 2017 Christmas Card Competition. Overall winner Ciaran Lumley was delighted with his prize which included some cards reproduced with his winning design, a hurling stick and ball, hurling grip, and art and craft sets. Ciaran's school St. Mary's, Killesher were also presented with a cheque for £200 to be used for sports equipment for the school.
We would like to take another opportunity to thank all the schools who took part in this year's competition and to congratulate all the winners and the other pupils who submitted entries, the standard was really high which made it a very difficult task for the judges to choose a winner. I'm sure everyone will agree that Ciaran's winning design made a very fitting card for the Foundation.
